Wodify Insights, powered by Looker, is our new and improved reporting tool that gives Wodify Core admins detailed access to critical data like revenue, attendance and membership trends. We listened to your feedback, and will be replacing our existing dashboards with this more intuitive and flexible platform.
Customers requested that our dashboards be more actionable and informative. With that directive in mind, we got to work improving the functionality of the most critical reports. Many will now feature the option to drill down into more detail, giving gym owners a better understanding of their business operations. Reports can now be filtered by segment, location and date range. Admins will also have the ability to quickly access member information and invoices within the dashboard, and export it all to an Excel sheet.
The capacity for users within Wodify Insights to take at-a-glance and detailed views of their reports is one of the most important features of this release. We wanted to give our customers the evidence to make actionable, efficient decisions concerning class schedules, forecasting and membership services with confidence.
We’ll be rolling out five additional dashboards in the future— Retail, Leads, Appointments, Performance and Overall Business Health. But right now, Wodify Insights is debuting with two critical ones: Classes and Members.
The Classes dashboard gives Wodify Core admins a look into key metrics like gross revenue, drop-in revenue, active memberships, attendance and more. It’s a giant leap forward from our previous dashboards. Now, authorized users can access specific information concerning invoices, drop-in counts and membership trends, among other reports.
With our new Members dashboard, admins can access more detailed information on individual members and their history. Users will now have the ability to easily sort through reports to locate data like failed payments, successful sign-ins, member status changes and even birthdays and anniversaries. It’s control our customers never had before.
With Wodify Insights, the name says it all. Our new reporting tool gives users the ability to choose just how detailed they want to get with their data, leading to more informed business decisions. Whether from a drop-down view or a deep dive into a particular category, customers will now have the power to run their business without ever having to leave the dashboard.
You asked us to improve Wodify Core’s reporting and we did. And as we continue to add new categories within Insights, we’ll let you know just how significantly they can transform your business.
