Chelsea is a Customer Success Agent at Wodify who works hard to provide our customers with solutions to keep them moving forward. Before she was an employee, this soccer-playing dog-lover had first-hand knowledge of Wodify as an active CrossFit athlete and coach.
“I like talking with customers because it gives me immediate feedback about what I’m doing specifically to help them and their business. I’ve never been at a job that put so much emphasis on making everyone feel good... that goes for customers as well as employees. Unlike many of my past jobs, my expectations at Wodify have been exceeded.”
At Wodify, Chelsea values working alongside people who share her passions and interests. There is a learning curve here that relies not only on understanding the software, but also how it can best fit the needs of each individual customer. Because it’s so comprehensive, Chelsea understands that a “me first” attitude doesn’t work here.
“We’re all in this together. When it comes down to it, there’s no, ‘Sorry, that’s not my job’ at Wodify. Everyone sticks around to help each other, without question. With that in mind, the value that I most identify with is, ‘Serve with a Caring Heart.’ I love helping people and making their day happier, easier, and more fulfilling. That applies to my co-workers too.”
Even when her workday is over, Chelsea still has plenty to do. Whether it’s getting up early to coach a WOD, watching a scary movie, or taking her three dogs she to the park (Lilo, Nala and Stitch), Chelsea fills her day by staying positive and continuing to learn.
