Coleen is a soccer-playing mom who also finds the time to head up our Customer Success division. Find out more about her in our latest edition of Meet the Team!
I am the Director of Customer Success at Wodify.
Some co-workers have been known to call me Boss Lady. I don’t know if I want to know about any others.
I grew up in Southern New Jersey, not too far from Wodify’s offices in Cherry Hill. I have lived in this area my entire life.
I received a BA in Psychology from The College of New Jersey and a Master’s in School Counseling.

I applied for the job because the day-to-day routine in my former job as a high school counselor left me feeling that I wasn’t reaching my full potential. I always wanted to get a job that combined my interests of Information Technology and Fitness, which is my true passion. I can’t believe I pulled it off!
I love coming into work and learning something new. Whether it’s getting my hands dirty trying to help a customer with their website or brainstorming ways to improve our support processes, I walk out of here every day having been challenged.
Coming from a school environment, I was accustomed to following the same routines at work, regardless of their effectiveness. At Wodify, we don’t do anything “just because that’s the way it’s always been done.” We’re constantly changing and evolving to meet the needs of our customers and employees, and it’s amazing how quickly we can make effective changes.
No doubt, being the mom to my son, Charlie.
Before he was born, I’d say contributing to three Division III soccer teams that made it to the NCAA Final Four in three consecutive seasons. Those were the best years of my life.
My favorite thing to do is always something active. Whether it’s taking the baby on a hike with my husband and dog, attending a class at CrossFit DT1 or playing soccer on my brother’s league team, if I’m moving, I’m interested!
I would be a professional soccer player and/or coach the US Women’s National team.
Power Cleans are my favorite. Toes to Bar are my least favorite.
Pizza or a cheesesteak from Angelo’s in Haddonfield.

I’ve dug myself deep into a hole of watching The Sopranos and I’m not coming out for a few years because it takes me forever to watch TV shows.
Interlaken, Switzerland. It’s the adventure capital of the world. It has beautiful scenery, ropes courses, canyoning and some scary — but fun — river rafting courses.
I’m embarrassed to admit it, but it’s Zac Efron.
FIFA. I think it’s the only game I’ve ever played.
Forrest Gump. I love coming-of-age stories where the main character lives through historical events and changes over time.
Google Photos. I take so many photos of my son and my dog that I don’t think I’d ever be able to store them all.
