2. Submitting a video allows more time to think through your answers and the chance to re-record.
3. We want you to be comfortable. Film your video in a relaxing environment, like your home, or anywhere you feel will best showcase your unique personality.
4. Submitting a video means no more scheduling headaches. It’s one less thing to worry about!

Here are some tips and best practices for making your video:

1. Relax.
2. Please speak clearly. Because you’ll only have a certain amount of time to answer each question, it’s important that your response be efficient and understandable.
3. Look into the camera when speaking. Don’t worry, it’s ok to break eye contact when considering what to say next.
4. Make the most of the time you’re given to prepare. The internet is at your disposal, so consider doing some background research on Wodify when crafting your response.
5. Emote! This shouldn’t look like a ransom video. Smile and display genuine interest in the position you’re applying for. Your responses might be viewed by more than one recruiter or hiring manager, so make your answers as engaging as possible.
