After comparing retention rates for gym members who participate in the Open, with gym members who do not, we found that one out-weighed the other (pun intended):

Members who participated in the Open were significantly more likely to be retained across all timeframes:

  • 90 Days: 87% vs. 54%
  • 180 Days: 81% vs. 42%
  • 365 Days: 63% vs. 29% (See graph linked below)
