Cathedral Kitchen serves dinner on weekdays and lunch on Saturdays. Food is cooked on the premises, plated and served, with no “soup line.” Individuals served include the homeless, the jobless, those with disabilities or addiction problems and the working poor. They range in age from infants to the elderly. Cathedral Kitchen’s mission is to provide essential life services that support the health and well-being of those in our community, and in doing so, to affirm each person’s humanity and dignity while guiding them towards self sufficiency.
In January 2011, it was time to give an extra hand to Cathedral Kitchen.
