Two features you’ve been waiting for have finally arrived. Wodify Core now makes it easy for families, couples, and teams to keep their memberships up to date. With our Groups and Shared Payments features, you can link profiles together and make payments all from one source.
Groups was designed to give parents more control over their children’s Wodify Core accounts without having to set up and link to an email alias. It helps parents manage the process of booking and checking children into their classes, selecting the preferred payment method, as well as monitoring their activities on Wodify Core.
Within the Groups feature, there are three roles:
- Guardians
- Dependants
- Members
Guardians are designated adults who assume responsibility for managing the accounts of their children. Dependants are usually children who have current Wodify Core accounts, but are not authorized to login or make changes to to those accounts by themselves. Members are current Wodify Core account-holders who can be added to a Group.
As an example, Beth uses Groups to manage the Wodify Core account of her young son, who does not have his own email address. She can also add her 18-year-old daughter’s account to her Group, even if her daughter manages her own account. This makes it easy for Beth to monitor her children’s activities on Wodify.

Shared Payments is exactly what it sounds like: It’s a convenient feature that allows multiple Wodify Core members to purchase their gym memberships using one credit card. It’s perfect for couples or families with children who want an easy way to keep track of the purchase history of multiple accounts.
Shared Payments can be used alongside the Groups feature to make managing family memberships simple and hassle-free.
