Staying active can be a challenge for busy parents, who often have to balance a number of responsibilities. However, staying active is essential for both physical and mental health. Here are some tips for busy parents on how to stay active:

Make physical activity a priority

Physical activity should be a priority, just like work and other responsibilities. Set aside time for physical activity each day, whether it’s a workout at the gym or a walk. 

Incorporate physical activity into your daily routine

You can find opportunities to stay active throughout your day, such as taking the stairs instead of the elevator or doing a few jumping jacks while you wait for your coffee to brew. Get your kids involved
