Inside the box: attracting new members

We’re continuing our “Inside the Box” mini-series with Tommy Alfinito, owner and head trainer at CrossFit Mount Laurel. Tommy has grown his box to over 300 members in under 4 years and we think he has great tips that all box owners can benefit from. This week we’re focusing on what box owners can do to attract new members. It’s the age old question — how do I get new people through my doors who will fit into our culture and love this gym as much as I do? It’s hard to attract new people and many box owners wonder if Groupon or Living Social deals will bring in athletes who will become life-long members of their gym family.
