It makes my day when I can help make someone's life easier.  When a customer is upset or is having trouble with something, I just listen. Conversations can get emotional very quickly, so I listen for their pain points and try to come up with the best solution for them right away.

When she’s off the clock, Kali can probably be found researching or eating at the newest restaurants in and around Philadelphia, hanging out with her family, and obsessing about coffee.
