“I’ve always worked in very culturally-driven jobs, mainly in the food service industry. When I was looking to change fields, I wanted culture to remain at the forefront. The mission and values at Wodify really resonated with me!”
Even though she was unfamiliar with CrossFit and had not worked in the tech sector before joining Wodify, Mary has found it surprisingly easy to take her previous work experience in customer relations and use it to her advantage here.
“One of the challenges I face is making sure our customers feel like their issues are being heard and that they receive a personalized response at all times. Even though we communicate via phone and online, I want our customers to know that there is a real person on the other end and that I am here to make their lives and businesses better in any way I can.”
Whether she’s helping gym owners and admins at her desk, walking around University City in Philadelphia (with her Instagram app open), or just hanging out in her hammock with a good book, Mary is a force of positive energy wherever she goes.
