'Tis the season to be jolly... and strong! We know the holidays can be a time of indulgence and relaxation, but that doesn't mean your fitness goals have to take a backseat. In fact, with all the festive feasting and family gatherings, there's no better time to crank up the intensity and keep your body moving.

That's why we've created the 12 WODs of Christmas – a series of challenging and fun workouts designed to keep you feeling merry and bright all season long.

Whether you're a seasoned CrossFitter or just starting your fitness journey, these WODs offer something for everyone. So grab your gym buddies, put on your favorite holiday sweater, and get ready to deck the halls with gains!

Here are your 12 WODs of Christmas:

Day 1: Santa's Sleigh Push

  • 25 Calorie Row
  • 25 Box Jumps (24/20 in)
  • 25 Kettlebell Swings (53/35 lb)
  • 25 Pull-ups
  • 25 Wall Balls (20/14 lb)
  • 25 Toes-to-Bar
  • 25 Hand Release Push-ups

Day 2: Elf Workshop Hustle

  • 12 Min AMRAP
    • 10 Calories on the Assault Bike
    • 9 Toes-to-Bar
    • 8 Thrusters (95/65 lb)

Day 3: Christmas Carol Countdown

  • 4 Rounds for Time:
    • 400 meter run
    • 40 Wall Balls (20/14 lb)
    • Rest 1 minute

Day 4: Ornament Assembly Line

  • 3 Rounds for Time
    • 100 Double-unders
    • 50 Sit-ups
    • 25 Alternating DB Snatches (50/35 lb)

Day 5: Gingerbread House Build

  • 4 Rounds for Time:
    • 24 Deadlifts (95/65 lb)
    • 18 Hang Power Cleans (95/65 lb)
    • 12 Push Jerks (95/65)
    • 6 Front Squats (95/65)

Day 6: Snow Angel Sprints

  • 14 Minute AMRAP:
    • 4 Wall Walks
    • 8 DB Thrusters
    • 12 Toes to Bar
    • 16 Box Jumps

Day 7: Holiday Feast Frenzy

With a partner:

  • 60 Air Squats
  • 60 Burpees
  • 60 Air Squats
  • 60 Calories on the Rower

Day 8: Yuletide Yard Work

  • 3 Rounds for Time:
    • 25 Overhead Squats (45/35 lb)
    • 50 Alternating Step-ups

Day 9: Twelve Days of Thrustmas

  • 100 Thrusters (75/55)
  • 3 Burpees EMOM

Day 10: Mistletoe Madness

  • 800m row
  • 80 sit-ups
  • 80 KB swings
  • 400m row
  • 40 sit-up
  • 40 KB swings
  • 200m row
  • 20 sit-ups
  • 20 KB swings

Day 11: The Grinch

  • Every 3 Minutes for 21 Minutes
    • 10 burpees
    • 15 air squats
    • 20 box jumps

Day 12: Reindeer Games

  • 10 rounds
    • 30 double-unders
    • 10 pull-ups
    • 200ft shuttle run
    • Rest 2 minutes between rounds
