The CrossFit Open is a huge event held each spring. So it made sense to debut The Redeemed and the Dominant — a new documentary about CrossFit — in March. Without giving too much away, the plot focuses on how athletes are responding to challenges the sport is facing.
Charity events are one of the many reasons people love CrossFit. That’s why this month, we wanted to give a shout out to O’Hare CrossFit. They recently held a fundraiser to cover membership dues for veterans, and we can’t think of a better way for CrossFitters to show support for our troops.
