A few of this week’s updates come directly from our experiences running Wodify Strength and Conditioning as well as requests from our users in ourIdeas forum. As coaches who weren’t admins or managers were getting more involved with helping prospective athletes take their first trial class and signing up for a membership, we realized they needed broader permissions within Wodify.
So this week, we’ve made updates so that coaches can now view leads and convert them to athletes. They can also create athletes and memberships, add payment methods, and deactivate athletes. They cannot add discounts to memberships or view invoices. This gives them a bit more responsibility within Wodify. You can check out the full permissions for all of our roles within Wodify here.
