We’re excited to announce the release of our new ‘Wod Builder Hotkey’ feature to streamline programming workouts within Wodify. What better way to put the new feature to use than with a little competition?
CHALLENGE: Program the workout provided below as fast as possible using our hot keys. The two fastest times for programming our workout willwin $100.
WORKOUT:
- Add Section – ‘Warm-up’
- Add Component – ‘The CrossFit Warm-up’
- Add Section – ‘Weightlifting’
- Add Component – ‘Back Squat’
- Rep Scheme – ‘5×5’
- For ‘5’ Sets x ‘5’ Reps
- Add Section – Metcon
- Add Component – ‘Fran’
- Prefix ‘A’
- Add Custom Component – New Custom Metcon
- Prefix ‘B’
- Details – ‘5 minute amrap – rope climbs’
- Add Comment – ‘Rx+ legless’
- Score – ‘amrap-reps’
- Rx+ – ‘On’
NOTE: All components must be ‘saved’
RULES:
- Must be filmed in a continuous shot. Phone camera works well
- Recommend to film over the shoulder with keyboard and screen visible
- Focus camera on screen to show all inputs
- Screen must be visible throughout video
- Timer/stopwatch must be visible throughout the video
- Can be completed on any device
- Can use keyboard and mouse
- Begin on workout edit screen (WOD Editor visible)
- Must count out loud with hands off keyboard ‘3-2-1 Go’.. at ‘go’ you may begin programming
- Time ends when final component is saved and hands are removed from keyboard
- Must then clearly show all components are entered correctly
- Workout must exactly match the template
- Must save all components
- No limit to the number of submissions per gym

SCORING:
- Fastest overall time (minutes:seconds)
