Alex VanderEls is a recent transplant to Wodify’s Lisbon office by way of Boston, as he and his wife were given the opportunity to work in Europe and both jumped at the chance. At Wodify, Alex works as a Product Owner, improving the functionality of our Athlete app and our performance tracking capabilities.

I met Lisa Weatherby at CrossFit 1Force to talk to her about her amazing journey with CrossFit and how it’s changed her life. Lisa has Cerebral Palsy and in her words “It's basically brain damage, affecting the cerebellum, the part of the brain that controls balance and motor skills. I was born with it. I'm really lucky though, a lot of people I've met with my disability are a lot more severe than me. (Non verbal, physically worse etc.) I'm blessed that I'm able to do all that I can!”
Meet Susanne Duato, Founder and Coach at CrossFit 110 in Chelmsford, MA. She holds a degree in Human Nutrition and Exercise Science from UMASS Amherst and is certified as a CrossFit coach, personal trainer, nutrition counselor, and youth performance trainer. Her partner Jim runs all of the “On Ramping” classes for new members as well as providing huge value from a backend business management and mentorship.
